“He’s Not Finished,” the first single from Marvin Sapp’s 17th album, Restoration, is now available. Sapp debuted the single at the 41st Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards, which will air August 29th on The Stellar Network and make its national cable premiere August 30 on BET.
