Gospel legend Kirk Franklin has added yet another milestone to his groundbreaking career, receiving the prestigious SoundExchange Hall of Fame Award. The honor recognizes Franklin as one of the most-streamed artists in the organization’s more than 20-year history of administering digital performance royalties.

The award was presented backstage during HBCU Awarefest at State Farm Arena, celebrating a career that has reshaped gospel music and expanded its global reach.
