DGQ Culture, a new Black-owned, creative consultancy, has officially launched with a bold vision to empower artists and institutions globally through a culturally grounded, faith-based strategy.

Founded by arts strategist, actor, and revivalist DeontéGriffin-Quick, DGQ Culture offers a groundbreaking approach that integrates faith, creativity, and strategy to generate sustainable social impact. The firm’s mission is clear: to connect, serve, and empower a global network of creatives and institutions who seek to make meaningful change in the world.

“We’re building more than a company—we’re rebuilding culture,” says Griffin-Quick. “DGQ Culture exists to support creatives and institutions in living out their purpose at the highest level, guided by faith, inspired by culture, and driven by strategic innovation.”

While DGQ Culture is rooted in Christian faith and values, its work is intentionally inclusive and welcoming to partners across all faith traditions and cultural identities. The company partners with secular, interfaith, and religious institutions alike—united by a shared vision of empowerment, creativity, and social impact.

Transforming Culture Through Faith-Based Strategy

DGQ Culture provides services that go far beyond traditional consulting. The organization operates at the intersection of a $1.2 trillion faith-based market, a thriving creative economy, and proven network-driven social transformation. Its offerings include:

  • Strategic planning that aligns faith values with creative goals

  • Innovative professional development opportunities

  • Access to a global network of faith-rooted creators and changemakers

  • Expertise in cultural strategy and artistic expression

  • Tools for measuring impact through both artistic excellence and social transformation

At the heart of DGQ Culture’s work is its 7 Principles of Transformative Creative Engagement—a proprietary methodology that equips creatives and institutions to discover, develop, and deliver their purpose with faith and intention.

A Vision for Global Cultural Impact

With a bold vision for a world transformed by cultural and spiritual leadership, DGQ Culture envisions a future in which faith-inspired creatives lead the way in bridging cultural divides and catalyzing positive, measurable impact in communities. The consultancy is rooted in core values that include faith, partnership, social impact, creative empowerment, and celebrating cultural experience. Love is at the foundation of its work, infusing every client relationship, strategic initiative, and project engagement with authenticity and purpose.
